Reply from Azamat I looked at this. The article is irrelevant to the general matter discussed. It is narrowed to biological phenomena, which you logically model as hierarchies of cellular components, molecular functions and biological processes. Natural phenomena, physical, chemical, biological, as well as mental and social phenomena, shouldn't be treated as logical classes organized by the subsumption relation or the set membership relations.
